The Project Delivery Manager is a key appointment responsible for the end to end delivery of capital works projects including managing consultants, budgets, contractors, project resources and programmes in order to deliver the project to the highest quality, sustainability and safety standards. You will manage the procurement strategy and construction process; resolving design, construction and stakeholder issues.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the infrastructure delivery team to ensure a customer focused approach to the fulfilment of all capital works projects. A collaborative leadership style, demonstrating development and growth within the team is a must.
The successful candidate will have previously operated in a similar role within a challenging environment and come with a proven track record of managing and successfully delivering major projects. Technical knowledge of construction management, project management or engineering along with the relevant professional and legislative requirements is highly desirable. You will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of leading effective, high performing teams.
