The Position
The Property Manager is responsible for the holistic management of all School facilities across multiple campus sites including maintenance, grounds, safety, security and cleaning functions. This position will provide comprehensive facilities management, contract and contractor management services while ensuring a consistent and safe system of work.  Reporting to the Director of Business, the Property Manager will ensure the School is secure and that the highest level of safety is achieved at all times.
The Organisation
For over 115 years, Trinity Grammar School has provided the highest quality education to young men of Melbourne and beyond.  Trinity has five campuses across Victoria: Kew, Bulleen, Lake Eppalock, Licola and Nillahcootie.   The School prides themselves on developing young men who move on to take their place in the world as considerate, resilient and enquiring members of society.  At Trinity, boys are encouraged to learn with passion and purpose, and are offered a broad range of academic and cocurricular programs, which acknowledge, encourage and affirm their different needs, interests and abilities.
The Anglican foundations of the School are deep, Trinity was founded in November 1902 at a meeting of the Holy Trinity Parish of Kew.  The School opened in the Parish Hall in 1903, with 23 boys enrolled.  Christian values underpin all we do within the School.  Today, the School has enrolments of approximately 1500 boys across ELC, Junior and Senior School. Boys enjoy a mix of modern learning facilities and historical buildings, which offer plenty of space to learn and play.
