The Opportunity
An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, professional and service oriented individual to join our dynamic and growing organisation.
Fisher Leadership seeks to appoint a Business Support Officer to manage Reception services, provide office management support and act as an overflow resource to our busy Business Services Team.
Your day will cover a variety of duties including managing front of house activities, ensuring all visitors to the office are well looked after and their needs met.  Key activities include:

• Answering all incoming enquiries via phone and email
• Meeting and greeting clients and candidates
• Ensuring technology requirements are met for all meetings
• Database management
• General office management functions
• Meeting coordination and overflow administrative tasks
• Assisting with function and event preparation

 
You will be well organised, detail-oriented, a flexible and fast learner and an enthusiastic team-player.  You will be someone who can multi-task, remain calm under pressure and show initiative when required.  You must be highly articulate and confident in dealing with senior people.  You will be able to bring a sense of urgency and a ‘can-do’ attitude to this opportunity.  Your prior experience may lie in reception/administrative support within professional services or alternatively in hotel concierge, hospitality, customer service or airlines.  You will be tech savvy with strong MS Office skills and a natural curiosity in how technology can support effective business operations.
