AV have undertaken an extensive operations review and now seek to appoint outstanding Regional Directors across four operational regions across the State. The roles will be accountable for ensuring the achievement of regional performance targets within budget; the efficient and effective management of resources; the implementation of regional business plans and strategies; and for improving state-wide clinical performance.
Reporting to the Executive Director Clinical Operations, candidates will be capable of handling emergency response in times of crisis and be comfortable managing a large, diverse workforce across multiple locations. Candidates will have gained an outstanding reputation in the community and will develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships. The successful candidates will be proven leaders who are able to manage change and set clear direction for their team.
