The External Relations, Development and Alumni (ERDA) portfolio works collaboratively across the University to initiate, grow and steward strong person to person relationships with key stakeholders. ERDA also creates at-scale service provision to the alumni community to deliver value to alumni and to support Monash University’s research and education endeavours. This work delivers outcomes that significantly enhance the University’s profile and resources.
 
As the Senior Director, Alumni, Stakeholder Engagement and Operations, you will be a senior member of the ERDA leadership team. Reporting to the Vice-President (Advancement), you will lead the University’s Alumni Engagement Plan and key stakeholder engagement strategies including developing, implementing, and measuring initiatives that increase engagement and build strong partnerships that provide benefits to alumni and advance the mission of Monash University.  Leading a team of 40, the role will deliver programs and projects at a national and international level.
 
With a strategic mindset, superior communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you will work closely with the Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Advancement), to build a robust professional network and partnerships that encompass engagement with the University’s most prominent stakeholders.
