The Position
ECMS is seeking to appoint a strategic leader to the position of Senior Manager HR/People Services to provide whole of business expert advice to achieve wider business strategic and operational agendas and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the position will be responsible for delivering functional services, governance and reporting, recruitment, learning and development, compliance, productivity, policy and procedure management and workplace health and safety. A key focus of this role will be to drive cost-effective user-oriented system improvements and develop strategies that will enable a high-performance culture and promote wellbeing while continuously improving quality and efficiency of ECMS services.
The successful candidate will be a contemporary HR generalist with a solution focused approach. With an understanding of current employment legislation, the ideal candidate will have sound business acumen coupled with a track record of generating ideas. Presenting with an engaging leadership style, the ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team and will present with developed engagement and influencing skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications are required.
