The Position
This newly created position will see you playing a key role in advancing the change agenda of Movember. Collaborating with functional heads and country directors on global strategies and short and long-term business plans, this management position is both strategic and hands-on in supporting the achievement of Movember’s mission – changing the face of men’s health.
As a strategic leader, the Manager Strategy and Planning will report to the Chief Operations Officer to lead the development and execution of organisational strategy through the delivery and monitoring of business plans, performance and objectives. With a broad and enterprise-wide focus, the position will embed the strategic planning processes for the global Movember Group.
To be successful you will have a track record in supporting integrated organisational wide strategy and planning development and implementation. as well as demonstrated management consulting skills.  With an ability to scope and resolve complex problems, you will offer a highly collaborative style, with superior communication and stakeholder engagement skills. As a data driven leader, you will use qualitative, quantitative, and financial analysis insights to monitor and assess strategic issues and opportunities.  Qualifications in fields such as business, economics, or public health preferred.
