The Position
Multiple Sclerosis Limited (MS) seeks to a appoint a Senior Manager Quality Safety and Innovation. Reporting to the Executive Manager Client and Wellbeing the role will provide leadership, coordination and support across the organisation to promote the development and achievement of safe and effective customer-centred services and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
Key strategic priorities for the Senior Manager will be to develop and implement policies and planning activities as they relate to quality, safety and innovation. The Senior Manager will work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high standards of services and monitor risks and compliance. The position will ensure the implementation of the new operating model and quality framework and lead the co-ordination and investigation of incident and feedback systems. Oversight of key standards including NDIS Quality standards will be critical, along with supporting the measurement of customer experience and expectations
The ideal candidate will present with experience within quality systems and risk management, in addition to demonstrating a clear understanding of the NDIS. A background in health is essential, while prior consumer experience will be looked at favourably. The successful candidate will be client-focussed, have proven change management capability and present with high level analytical and problem-solving abilities.
