As a strong conceptual and analytical thinker with well-developed problem solving skills, the successful applicant will have exceptional communication skills including stakeholder engagement skills. They will be an excellent people manager, and lead their team effectively by supporting, coaching, and mentoring in a kind and people-first manner. They will be known as a leader who can work with diverse teams while ensuring psychological safety, including in high pressure situations.
