The Position
Ambulance Victoria (AV) is building the foundations needed to create a safe, fair and inclusive workplace.
Reporting to the Director Workplace Reform, the Senior Program Manager Implementation, will initially lead and manage the implementation of AV’s response to the Victorian Equal Opportunity Human Rights Commission (VEOHRC) review into workplace equality, and over time other key workplace reforms. The Manager will embed ongoing recommendations and reforms, through high priority and large scale programs. This will include strong stakeholder engagement strategies, expertise and operational perspective for sustainable humane outcomes and enduring cultural change.
Bringing expertise in technical project and program management, the Senior Program Manager, Implementation will have extensive experience driving transformation programs of work from identification, strategic development, business case development, through to delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be an exceptional communicator, pragmatic and logical. The incumbent will be able to operate at a strategic level, whilst also being across the detail required for implementation. As an ambassador and advocate for the broader transformational changes, the Senior Program Manager will be a problem solver, have the ability to identify and mitigate risk and bring energic, positivity and influence to ensure the delivery of this critical reform.
