Mind is changing its operational structure from regional divisions into three specialised service streams: Sub-acute residential partnership services, Supported independent living and Mind centres. The service stream approach supports our organisational value to be customer focused in everything we do, ultimately providing the customer with a better Mind experience. Mind is seeking to appoint a number of senior leadership professionals to be part of the new service stream operations management team.
The Position
As a member of the Operations Leadership Group this role will oversee the strategic implementation of all operations to ensure that quality of life for customers is enhanced whilst driving person-centered service responsiveness and the identification of prospects for growth to maximise customer potential. The role will embed practice, systems and behaviours that will drive sustainable, innovative operating models into the future. A dynamic operator with strong leadership capabilities, the appointee will have significant experience in the delivery of mental health services and demonstrated financial management experience.
