Based in Melbourne, you will be part of an exciting and growing Australasian company, specialising in executive search and leadership advisory across sectors including Government, Not for Profit and Higher Education.
As part of our team you will be trusted by many leading organisations and institutions to assist with strategic leadership insights and partner in the appointment of outstanding executive and academic talent. Your role will be varied and stimulating, involvement in business development and providing client and candidate management in the identification, attraction, selection and negotiation of mid and senior level executive talent.
You are service-driven, an optimistic outlook is your norm and you have superior project management skills. You will have the ability to work to deadlines, keen attention to detail and your team spirit and customer focus will see you succeed in this role. Key attributes will be your integrity and professionalism. Experience in the executive search, recruitment or related sectors will be highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications are required.
