The Opportunity

An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, self-motivated leader with a strong service focus to join our dynamic and growing organisation and help shape our organisation.  The Future Leadership Talent Centre Manager leads our senior talent and research associate team.  The Talent Centre is a fundamental point of difference for our firm and an enabler of our Executive Search and Gig Executive teams.  The centre operates as the front door for all talent connecting with us, ensuring a consistent candidate experience for leaders, and sharing future facing capability and talent insight for our community via our knowledge hub.  The Talent Centre is a critical partner with all parts our firm including the Future Exchange community of leaders.​

​Responsibilities 

​The role is accountable for growing key functional talent pools, delivering and executing Search and Interim assignments, interacting with the Future Exchange community of leaders, ensuring excellent candidate experience and project management methodologies.

Working closing with senior partners and consultants, and participating as a key member of the Leadership team, your key responsibilities include:

• Growing Leadership talent pools
• Executive Search and Interim assignment delivery and oversight
• Systems and Database management solutions
• Team and client leadership management
• Project Management

You will be a collaborative leader, ready to join a growth business as an active member of the leadership team.  Your ability and willingness to undertake delivery of assignments and ensure the highest standards of service provision to clients, candidates and stakeholders will be critical to our success.  This individual will build capability across the team locally and throughout geographic expansion utilising internal team members, associates, partners and a broader ecosystem as appropriate.
