The Position

The Team Leader – Corporate Performance will be responsible for leadership of the corporate planning and reporting and data strategy and business insights functions.

The position will work in collaboration to develop the Council & Wellbeing Plan, Organisation Plan, Community Reporting (both Annual and Quarterly) and embedding the Integrated Strategic Planning and Reporting Framework (ISPRF).

The Team Leader will also be responsible for leading the development of data capabilities and establish policies, procedures and systems to allow the organisation to analyse data and inform decision making which ensure a high-performing organisation.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in corporate planning and reporting and/or data strategy and insights.  The ability to leverage data to inform performance and continuous improvement will be key to success.  Excellent research, analytical and decision-making skills are important requirements, as is the ability to lead high performing teams and quality outcomes in a complex environment.  The successful candidate will hold or be working towards a relevant tertiary qualification.
