Alicia Tangaroa is the new Senior Marketing Manager at Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS), where she will lead the development and implementation of a marketing and communications strategy and ensure effective management and development of the ECMS brand.

A communications and digital specialist with a passion for the not for profit sector, Alicia brings extensive experience in strategy development and implementation, marketing campaigns and content and creative development.  Most recently at Beyond Blue, she has been accountable for leading a portfolio of activities across marketing, fundraising and communications, in addition to driving the development and implementation of the organisation’s brand and experience strategy.
