Andrew Watt is the new Principal at Emanuel School

Andrew Watt is the new Principal at Emanuel School. Andrew has over 22 years of experience in senior roles in education, with 17 of those years in significant senior executive positions. Andrew was previously the Deputy Principal at Wenona School, an independent non-denominational day and boarding school for girls from Kindergarten to Year 12 based in North Sydney with 1100 enrolments. Since being appointed as Deputy Principal at Wenona School in 2012, Andrew acted in the position of Principal on two occasions. Prior to this Andrew was previously a Consultant for Roseville College, an independent Anglican day school for girls located on Sydney’s North Shore that has a non-selective enrolment policy and currently caters for approximately 820 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. For six months, Andrew consulted on various aspects of College administration, with a focus on risk management and continuous improvement. Prior to this, Andrew was at The Scots College, Bellevue Hill, a respected day and boarding school for boys that has around 1800 enrolments from Early Years to Year 12. Andrew was Deputy Principal (T-12) from 2008 – 2011, acting as Principal on several occasions, and was Head of Senior School from 2002 – 2007.
