Dr Karina Davis is Executive Director, Learning Innovation at Monash College

Dr Karina Davis has transitioned from Gig Executive to a permanent appointment at Monash College, where she leads product development, e-learning and program improvement, with specific oversight of the conceptualisation and development of programs and other product development needs in Australia and internationally across the College’s provider and client network.

Karina previously spent nine years at Melbourne Polytechnic in a range of leadership positions, including College Director and Executive Director, Programs and Educational Leadership, where she led major strategic and cultural change across all vocational and higher education programs, developing a unifying education framework and obtaining a four year TEQSA registration as a higher education provider.  Karina also brings experience as a lecturer and research theme coordinator at the University of Melbourne.
