Kerryn Ellis is the new Chief Executive Officer at South Gippsland Shire Council

Kerryn Ellis has recently been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer at South Gippsland Shire Council. In the role, Kerryn will provide visionary leadership and best practice governance by working constructively together with the local community and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Kerryn most recently led the corporate services function at the Independent Broad-Based Anti-Corruption Commission (IBAC) and brings significant experience in governance and organisational accountability.

Prior to this she operated in various Local Government Councils for over 20 years, commencing in customer services and later moving into HR, governance and organisational development positions.
