Marco Metelo is the successful candidate for the position of Deputy Director of Medical Services for the Northern Beaches Hospital, where he will support the Director of Medical Services to shape the medical workforce to align with the operational and strategic needs of the hospital.

Marco previously held the position of Director Medical Services with Tamworth Base Hospital (TBH).  This is an executive position within the hospital with Marco holding direct responsibility for a broad range of clinical governance, medical workforce management and oversight of all clinical services.  While in this position Marco has implemented staff rosters, which has contributed to the improvement in the rating of TBH on the Hospital Health Check survey led by ASMOF.
