Stephen (Steve) Walsh is a new Board Member for Respect Victoria at the Department of Health and Human Services (VIC). Steve commenced working at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers in 1981 as an article clerk and progressed to be their Director, Principal and Chairman of the Board. He is also a Member of the Investment Committee, Audit Committee, Response Committee and IT and Knowledge Committee with the firm. In addition, he is a Member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australian Lawyers Alliance and held the role of Director of the Board for AICD in 2013. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics, both from Monash University and he is a Graduate from the Company Director Course with the AICD.
