Wenda Donaldson is the new Executive Officer, Eastern and Southern Melbourne at Uniting Vic.Tas, where she will be responsible for the development, delivery, performance and quality of operations within the Eastern and Southern Melbourne cluster, while contributing to Uniting’s strategic and operational leadership more broadly.

Wenda brings over 10 years’ senior executive leadership at state and national levels in the delivery of community-based programs, building partnerships and planning.  Most recently an Executive Director at the Australian Red Cross, she has been accountable for transformational change, leading state-wide policy and program areas.  Wenda previously held a position at the Australian Government Department of Education, providing policy advice and conducting impact analysis of the Smarter Schools National Partnership.  Wenda held earlier executive positions with the Australian Sports Commission.
