The Board and the selection committee were very pleased with the outcome and the transition from a long standing Principal to a new one occurred almost seamlessly. Since the appointment of a new Principal the School has had the need to appoint two new Deputy Principals/ Campus Heads. Based on our experience with the first assignment the School engaged Fisher Leadership to undertake both of these assignments. The School now has two excellent Deputy Principals who have the full support of the Principal and the Board.
