Tracey Slatter was appointed to the position of the respected Chief Executive Officer with the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and commenced in July 2023. In this position, Tracey brings a wealth of experience and expertise, building on the legacy of the outgoing CEO, Tracey will be instrumental ensuring the TAC’s goals to support clients and make Victorian roads safer for everyone.

Tracey offers a track record of over 30 years’ experience in Victorian State and Local Government having held various senior executive and non-executive positions. Tracey has a well-earned reputation as an impactful and influential leader with excellent stakeholder engagement capability. She has a strong commitment to customer experience and ESG outcomes, diversity and inclusion.

Tracey joins the TAC after having been Managing Director of Barwon Region Water Corporation for over six years. Earlier held positions include three years as the Chief Executive Officer at the City of Port Phillip, four years previously with the TAC as the Head of Claims and four years as the Chief Executive Officer at Colac Otway Shire Council.
