Juliette Long is the new Executive Director, People, Culture and Wellbeing at the Royal Women’s Hospital.  This key role is central to providing executive leadership for the organisation’s people and culture strategies, and also in identifying and implementing initiatives that position the Women’s as an employer of choice and a progressive organisation that supports its people to work, grow and achieve.

An experienced human resources executive, with experience across healthcare, professional services, consulting, government and manufacturing, Juliette has recently been providing independent HR advice and interim HR executive services to a range of clients, most recently the Stillwell Motor Group.  Juliette previously held executive responsibility for leading strategic and operational human resources management, along with the development and implementation of workforce strategies as Acting Executive Director Human Resources for St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, with 5,000 staff across multiple sites.

Juliette previously spent ten years with KordaMentha, with overall responsibility for the People and Culture strategy for this advisory firm with approximately 350 employees across Australia and Singapore.  In this role she also managed employment law related risk, the performance development cycle, and oversaw the development of the KordaMentha Business School.  Juliette’s earlier career included an HR Director position with BUPA Australia and eight years with Andersen as the National Director of HR.
