Paul has over 30 years’ experience in customer-facing leadership roles within aviation, both as a Flight Attendant and Long-Haul Cabin Crew Manager. This has given Paul a deep understanding of client needs, with a strong focus on client experience, whilst building and maintaining relationships and strengthening brand loyalty. He is adept at dealing with highly ambiguous and complex situations in an ever-changing environment.

Paul works closely with our business unit support teams in delivering positive outcomes. He brings a wealth of experience to our front of house operations, by setting new standards of service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, candidates, and participants. Paul has a curious mind and is constantly looking for opportunities to improve the way that we service the business.
