Deakin University MBA Access for Women Scholarship 2019

Fisher Leadership has this year become one of the first organisations to sponsor the Deakin University MBA Access for Women Scholarship.

The Deakin MBA is a contemporary leading MBA option for aspiring managers and future leaders.  Our sponsorship of the Scholarship will be offered to an Australian woman experiencing financial or personal hardship, who is currently working in the not-for-profit sector.

As long-term champions of the need for more women in senior leadership teams and on Boards, so much of Fisher Leadership’s talent advisory work is focused on the not-for-profit and social enterprise sectors.  We know that only 35% of MBA students are women at this time.  One of the greatest advantages offered by the Deakin program is that it addresses the real-life issue of the need for flexible learning times and content delivered through an online platform.
