Mr. Brendan Coulton has been appointed to the position of General Manager Community Services with Baptcare

Mr. Brendan Coulton has been appointed to the position of General Manager Community Services with Baptcare and commenced on 4 March 2024. In this position, Brendan will lead the operations and continuous improvement of the portfolio across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. He will build on evidence informed practice and grow the footprint and profile of the organisation, while advocating for the continual improvement of consumer-centred high-quality services.

With a strong passion for diversity and equity in health service delivery that has the consumer at the center, Brendan has extensive experience in community and consumer engagement initiatives that supports best practice. Brendan has 30 years leadership and management experience in public and private complex health settings, including Primary and Community Health that has led to the development of exceptional leadership skills.

Before commencing in his role with Baptcare, Brendan was Executive Manager Community Services and Consumer Empowerment with North Richmond Community Health. Before that, he held the roles of Chief Executive Officer of Menarock Life Aged Care Services, Director of Allied, Community and Support Services with Bairnsdale Regional Health Service and Deputy Chief Executive Officer with Orbost Regional Health.
