Mr. Brett Deveny has been appointed to the position of Director Technology Operations with Mercy Health

Mr. Brett Deveny has been appointed to the position of Director Technology Operations with Mercy Health and commenced in February 2024. In this position, Brett will be responsible for the delivery of the information technology operations function across the three business lines of Mercy Health: health services, healthy ageing and support services. He will lead the development and delivery of the IT infrastructure and services future roadmap, to prioritise and inform investment opportunities for Mercy Health in technology operations.

With over 20 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, Business Engagement and IT Transformation, Brett has extensive experience in challenging senior support leadership roles within the Health, Retail, FMCG, Energy, Transport, Telco & State Government sectors. Brett is passionate about driving strategic change to deliver organisational effectiveness. Principled, pragmatic, and guided by customer insight.

Before commencing with Mercy Health, Brett was the ICT Customer Experience Manager with The Royal Children’s Hospital. Before that, Brett held the positions of Customer Success Manager at Ethan Group, Priceline Retail & Franchise IT Business Partner Australian and Head of Service Delivery within Australian Pharmaceutical Industries.
