Mr Stephen McGinley has been appointed as the new Executive Principal at Beaconhills College

With over twenty-five years of experience in education, Mr Stephen McGinley (Steve) has worked in organisational leadership and strategic planning positions including the implementation of teaching and learning initiatives, ICT systems development and operational protocol development.

Steve has been with Beaconhills College since 2009 and for the past three years has held the position of Deputy Headmaster with responsibility to support the Headmaster in the development and implementation of the strategic plan, build staff capacity and provide effective management, development and resourcing of the College’s teaching and learning programs. Prior to joining Beaconhills, Steve spent ten years at St Catherine’s School in a number of positions including Director of Learning Innovation and Director of Strategy and School Performance.
