Ms. Jacqueline (Jacqui) Bilo has been appointed to the position of Chief Nursing Office of St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. In this position, Jacqui will provide clinical leadership directly to all nursing staff and indirectly to all staff fostering a culture that values excellence in patient care and supports an environment of safety, continuous improvement and professional development.

Jacqui has over 20 years’ experience successfully leading high-performing operational and clinical teams and is known as being an enthusiastic mentor and coach, passionate about excellence in nursing and driving continuous improvement.

Having worked for St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne for over 25 years, Jacqui has held various clinical, operational, project leadership and management roles across acute and subacute services. In her current role as General Manager, Medicine and Emergency Services, Jacqui has demonstrated her ability to champion professional standards and to grow the next generation of nursing leaders.
