The Position
Norwest Private Hospital is one of the largest private Hospitals in NSW, providing an extensive range of surgical and medical services for patients.  The hospital is currently seeking to appoint an outstanding leader to help drive the organisation in providing high quality private health care services.
Reporting to the General Manager this position will be responsible for providing leadership and supporting much of the day-to-day operational management of the organisation.
Equipped with senior level experience gained from operating in a large and complex hospital environment, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is adaptable and contemporary and able to lead and motivate. The appointee will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a natural ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders and develop outstanding relationships with doctors. It will be essential that the successful candidate is able to take the initiative to identify and action business opportunities to continue to grow Norwest Private in the future. A demonstrated ability to foster a culture that encourages positive and ethical working relationships, a safe working environment, financial responsibility, and innovation and productivity improvement will be vital.
