The Position
Christ Church Grammar School is currently seeking to appoint an outstanding Deputy Principal to work to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the school’s innovative and contemporary primary education programmes.
Reporting to the Principal, the Deputy will provide operational leadership to deliver a safe, stimulating and inspiring environment whilst promoting this unique School’s vision and values. The incumbent will possess highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build strong relationships across the school community. A key focus of the position will be the development and implementation of exceptional pastoral and wellbeing programs that reflect the values of the school.
The appointee will be an outstanding and experienced lead educator who demonstrates strong operational experience combined with an understanding of change management. Presenting with strong academic and pedagogy credentials, the successful candidate will be a team player who is courageous with their actions and aspirational in their outlook. The ideal candidate will be visibly passionate about teaching, with a distinct affection for children and their educational development. This is an excellent opportunity for a current Deputy to take a step up in a top tier school.
