As a result of departmental amalgamation, AV now seeks a Director to provide strategic direction, management and leadership for the functions of Adult Retrieval, Air Ambulance and Stroke Services. Reporting to the Executive Director Clinical Operations, the position will ensure the delivery of high-quality complex care that meets defined clinical practices and established standards.
With a demonstrated ability to deliver a complex change agenda, the successful candidate will be an influential leader with experience in rebuilding a team in a complex care environment. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker able to build strong relationships in health services and manage a diverse workforce across multiple locations. This role will suit a dynamic, engaging influencer with significant experience in an ambulance, emergency service or allied service environment.
