Federation Training seeks two outstanding candidates to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and participate as part of the Executive Management Team in driving strategic leadership in the provision of superlative educational outcomes.
The Position 
This key position ensures the high quality of Federation Training’s educational delivery and that it meets the needs of students, industry, government and the wider community.  With experience in educational leadership and a commercial mindset, the appointee will deliver a culture of educational excellence amongst all teaching staff and insist on continuous improvement of teaching methods that enhances student satisfaction and the student experience.
The ideal candidates will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and will be experienced leaders in the education sector.  These roles will be based at an agreed Gippsland campus, with travel required between campuses.
The Organisation
Federation Training is Gippsland’s local TAFE; a multi-campus facility located at Bairnsdale, Sale, Fulham, Lakes Entrance, Traralgon, Morwell, Leongatha, Yallourn, Warragul and Chadstone.  It provides a unique approach to the delivery of a range of courses.
Building on over 85 years’ experience in training and education Federation Training provides improved opportunities and outcomes for vocational education students across Gippsland and South Eastern Victoria.
