The primary purpose of this role will be to implement the AV Health and Safety strategy and put the organisation on a pathway to building safety resilience. Programs will include manual handling, psychological injury and occupational violence.
Reporting to the Executive Director People and Culture, the appointee will have a strong technical background in WHS legislation and rehabilitation management with the proven ability to influence a team of experts and challenge the status quo. Regarded as a natural leader the appointee will possess strong strategic and communication capabilities.
