Melbourne Polytechnic seeks an outstanding individual to drive the strategic development of the organisation’s vision for its student acquisition and enrolment activity in line with overall strategic plans.  This role will be accountable for the implementation and continued development of a range of high-quality student recruitment and service strategies.
Reporting to the Executive Director Student Engagement, International and Community Partnerships, the Director will ensure a seamless experience for prospective students from their first contact through to enrolment.  The role provides visionary leadership to the Student Acquisitions and Enrolment function, which includes the school recruitment team, Future Students, and the Skills and Jobs Centre.
With relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally in marketing or sales, and demonstrated experience in managing student acquisition and enrolment functions, the ideal candidate will have outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a track record in leading, motivating and inspiring teams.  With demonstrated experience driving sales and engagement, and optimising CRM systems, the successful candidate will be comfortable working at an executive level.  A background in leading and managing people, strategic resource planning and budgeting, financial management, and policy and process development will also be key.
