  • Play a key role in the executive management team
  • Lead organisational effectiveness initiatives
  • Promote a high performance culture

The Position
North Richmond Community Health (NRCH) is currently seeking to appoint a proactive senior leader to further improve and develop corporate service systems, processes and policies to ensure operational effectiveness and service delivery targets are met within the portfolio.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Manager Corporate Services will play an instrumental role in leading innovation within the financial, human resources, information technology, facilities management and administrative functions of the organization to optimize resource usage, build capability and improve internal management systems. The role will promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values commitment to quality and the management of risk.
The successful candidate will be an experienced financial manager with a thorough understanding of operations within a health, community service or NFP environment. You will have managed contracts and funding service agreements in a complex structure. Your ability to effectively develop and implement significant change agendas and lead functional teams will be a key determinant of this role. There will be a requirement to develop and maintain high-level relationships with senior government, community and agency stakeholders to support the achievement of NRCH goals. Tertiary qualifications and/or postgraduate qualifications with a financial focus are essential.
The Organisation
NRCH is an award-winning health centre providing health, medical and social services to the 4,000 strong community members of the Langdon Park Ministry of Housing Estate, and more broadly to residents of North Richmond, City of Yarra, greater Melbourne and communities in rural and remote areas of Victoria.
On 30 June 2018, NRCH opened the medically supervised injecting room (MSIR) – a space where people who inject drugs can do so under medical supervision, without judgement and with facilitated access to health care and social support.
The organisation prides itself on their commitment to working with people of different cultural, socio-economic and linguistic backgrounds.
