  • Be involved in creating a more diverse and inclusive Australia
  • Support and inspire Diversity Council Australia (DCA) members in developing their diversity, inclusion and equity capability in this key leadership role
  • Represent DCA, delivering presentations and advice to DCA members nationwide

DCA is the independent not-for-profit peak body leading diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the workplace. DCA’s focus is to cover all aspects of diversity in employment, reflecting changes in practice to embrace all areas of the diversity of human resources.

DCA provides unique research, inspiring events and programs, curated resources and expert advice across all diversity dimensions to a community of over 900 member organisations. DCA members are from all sectors of the economy, from small business and not-for-profit organisations to large corporates. Many are Australia’s business diversity and inclusion leaders and biggest employers.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join DCA as their Member Relations Director. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Member Relations Director will be a great collaborator, responsible for leading a small, diverse team of people executing the membership strategy.

Your agile nature will enable you to analyse, understand and impactfully apply DCA’s evidence-based research.

  • We’re inclusive
  • We’re collaborative
  • We’re adaptable
  • We’re courageous
  • We have integrity

The location of the role is flexible.
People with diverse identities and lived experiences are strongly encouraged to apply.
