The Position
Our client seeks to appoint a contemporary manager to lead and develop a high performing and collaborative team, with a focus on service excellence.  The Planning Manager will lead the delivery of an integrated planning framework, providing strategic insights, advice and guidance on functional plans and student load allocation.  This role also drives continuous analysis and ongoing improvements across the institution.
Reporting to the Director, the Planning Manager will play an important leadership role, ensuring proactive and responsive service delivery.  Collaborating widely across the organisation, this role will build alignment with strategic priorities and performance targets.
With significant expertise and a demonstrated track record in institutional planning and leading change, the successful candidate will be highly motivated and results focussed.  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential to developing relationships and influencing stakeholders and the team to deliver on the institution’s vision.  With highly developed project management and analytical skills, the Planning Manager will have a strategic mindset and a commitment to ongoing process improvement.
