An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and collaborative individual to manage student conduct and related processes in line with university regulations, policy and procedures.
Lead and develop a small team and bring your sound judgement and expertise to these crucial processes, which includes ultimately moderating and resolving matters that have a significant impact on students.  Providing high level support and advice in the negotiation of complex and confidential matters, you will work with a broad range of stakeholders, including students, to ensure sensitive and fair determinations.
Your exceptional communication skills and decision making ability will ensure compliance, efficiency, risk management and reputation of the University.  With highly developed conceptual and analytical abilities, the role requires an extremely skilled influencer and advocate, who acts with discretion and autonomy.  A qualification in law is essential.
