The Position
As a member of the Senior Leadership Group within Home@Scope, the Strategy and Implementation Manager will be expected to drive Home@Scope’s enhanced service delivery at the strategic and operational levels. The purpose of the role is to provide leadership in developing and achieving the Home@Scope transformation strategy and business plan.  Working collaboratively with Scope Executives and senior leaders, this role will ensure Home@Scope provides high quality accommodation and services with a sustainable future.
This new role will report into the Chief Operating Officer and, together with the other executives in the division, will work to identify, prioritise and drive process improvements, service enhancements and product development for people with a disability. Through effective leadership, team development and recognition of achievement, you will drive a performance culture which will support the organisation’s short and longer term objectives.
To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated professional with demonstrated experience in a tier 1 consultancy or strategy boutique environment, comfortable in matrix, large and complex organisational structures.  You will be proficient in influencing and communicating change and implementing and monitoring quality systems.  You will be able to engage and influence a wide range of staff and be known as innovative, proactive, adaptive and authentic.  Experience in a service delivery environment in Health and Community Sectors is an advantage.  Tertiary qualifications are required.
