Haven Home Safe is a homelessness organisation specialising in housing solutions. We are a socially-impactful, commercially-operated NFP. This means we have deep empathy for the communities we are embedded in, always focussed on the people who need us most. The people who urgently need to be safe. Who we need:
As we enter an exciting, challenging and evolving environment, we seek an experienced, energising and innovative transformation professional to join the senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Team, this position will establish and lead the Transition office and lead the organisational journey over the next 2-3 years. An appreciation of the impact of homelessness and the affordable housing sector, and the customers we support is essential—an outstanding strategic leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop impactful partnerships.

Where you will be:
You will be located in Melbourne, Bendigo or Geelong with regular travel to all HHS offices.
