Victorian transport and infrastructure leadership appointments
The Brief
As a result of Fisher Leadership’s longstanding relationship with a large Victorian transport agency and having assisted in the appointment of multiple Executive Directors across Corporate Services; Customer Service; and Network Service Delivery, Fisher Leadership was selected as a preferred supplier for Executive Recruitment Services Tender in 2018. Following a restructure, Fisher Leadership were once again called to provide Executive Search and Recruitment services to assist in the appointment of three Chief positions for the new Department.
Solution Building
After a detailed briefing with the client, we undertook a targeted national and international search to identify candidates with experience in working with commercial complexity, strong stakeholder management, project delivery and strong leadership. Our search, which was supported by an online advertising campaign, targeted individuals and organisations across relevant Government Departments and Agencies; private sector candidates including infrastructure and asset management; and other infrastructure/transport sector bodies.
The Outcome
We successfully appointed three leaders with significant private sector, commercial and transport experience.
