The Position
A fabulous opportunity to make your mark. This is a critical new role in our transformation journey. Bring your experience of transformation in complex and integrated business models and influence our organisational culture and strategy. Lead innovation, collaboration and service excellence. Engage our workforce to drive innovation through three key streams:  digital transformation, continuous improvement and service reviews.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will deliver on an existing and contemporary transformation strategy that has embedded key core organisational principles. In partnership with the executive management team, you will deliver on a robust project methodology that ensures all projects invested in deliver measured benefits, in alignment with strategic direction and governance expectations. The position has four direct reports and is responsible for the management of a diverse team of professional officers.
The successful candidate will thrive in influencing and engaging with employees and stakeholders to embed a culture of robust change and continuous improvement. You will bring a track record of delivery and oversight of a transformation strategy including working knowledge in project management methodologies, service reviews, and continuous improvement in a large and complex organisation.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and commitment to professional development are expected.
