The Position
Mallee Family Care is currently seeking to appoint an experienced, innovative, leader to oversee and manage the Legal Service and Financial Counselling Programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality services  Reporting to the General Manager Community and Wellbeing Services, you will contribute to collaborative planning and services development, ensure continuous improvement processes and assist in the development of policies enabling good governance and organisational strategy.
Ideal candidates will offer demonstrated experience working in senior management within a community services organisation, the appointee will present with an understanding of strategic service planning and change management, along with an ability to monitor programs in line with funding and registration requirements.
Tertiary qualifications in Community Services or in the Legal Practice are mandatory. Post graduate qualifications in Business Management will be highly regarded. Relocation support will be considered, and candidates may be eligible for rural and remote living allowance, as well as salary packaging entitlements
