Visionary leaders driven by shared values
Educational leaders need to keep up with rapidly evolving demand for professional skills, embrace opportunities inherent in disruptive new technologies, meet growing expectations for accountability by funding and accreditation bodies, and deal with increasing global competition for teaching talent and student numbers.
Meeting these challenges requires leadership skills based on strong values and strategic vision, balanced by the ability to engage effectively with peers, community and enterprise.
The Board and the selection committee were very pleased with the outcome and the transition from a long standing Principal to a new one occurred almost seamlessly. Since the appointment of a new Principal the School has had the need to appoint two new Deputy Principals/ Campus Heads. Based on our experience with the first assignment the School engaged Fisher Leadership to undertake both of these assignments. The School now has two excellent Deputy Principals who have the full support of the Principal and the Board.

Dr Andrew Codling
Head of Vice-Chancellors Office Auckland University of Technology
As a client and also a former candidate, I appreciate the personalised and supportive process offered by Fisher Leadership. For our most recent assignment, Andrew Norton was able to tailor processes to meet our internal protocols and needs, being respectful of our requirements and making everything easy. I have never found the process to be transactional or felt that I am just a number. Fisher Leadership’s way of operating is caring and I really respond to that
